Welcome to this discussion! As per the Supreme Court guidelines, having a Committee Against Sexual Harassment is mandatory for all organisations. Sometimes the Committee is established but does not function the way it is intended to. Through our discussions here let us brainstorm on how to establish this Committee where it does not exist and how it can be made functional where it does.
