A research study in the US shows that in 47 out of 50 largest cities within the country, single women without kids, especially in their 20s, are either on an equal footing or have surpassed the men in terms of the earnings that they receive. However, women with kids do not enjoy such privileges, they receive lesser salaries and have fewer opportunities of promotion in comparison to the men. Is this a universal problem??
